[R] Multidimensional scaling

pcurve is on the contrib webpage I have bookmarked:

http://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/PACKAGES.html

According to the info provided on the web site the pcurve library
requires the modreg, mva, mgcv, and MASS libraries.
