[R] Classes implemented in R and packages

That's impossible to know: there is not even a list of all R packages, and
the contents of those on CRAN changes a few hundred times a year.
It is not even possible to find the list of classes used by a single
package, as the class names can be generated dynamically by R code.
I suggest that if you call your class JoseErnestoJardim.foo you are
likely to be safe. Well, that's overkill, but use a long descriptive
name to minimize the risk.
