[R] Installing loading package cclust -Windows

Hi,

Probably you did not install the package properly. Under Windows, there is
a menu called "Packages" with which you can install packages, either from
CRAN (i.e. download AND install) or from zip files on your local disk
(which you can do since you apparently already downloaded the required file).
