[R] maps in R (fwd)

you can get the maps() library from here:

ftp://ftp.mcs.vuw.ac.nz/pub/statistics/map/

It's not on CRAN because it's still in development. I've been using it
for a while with no trouble, though. As far as I remember, it installs
like a regular R library.
