[R] Updated tutorial (R and epidemiological data)

All,

Just a note to say that I have updated my "R Notes" adding a couple of
sections on working with R's charting functions and writing custom
charting functions. Examples include Bland & Altman plots, two variable
plots, pyramid plots, and Pareto charts.

Text is GNU/FDL and is in .RTF and .PDF formats. Sample datasets are
included. Get a copy from:

I would be grateful is someone would find the time to try out the new
material and let me know if there are any problems with it.
