[R] Harrell's library

I keep thinking that any day I will get the beta versions
ready.  I was waiting for new versions of Lattice and Grid
to finish Hmisc, and those are now available so I have no
excuse.  For Design I still lack one piece: I call a
Fortran function dqrsl1 from Linpack that is not available
with R.  I need to dig in and find out how to translate
my calls to call one of the Linpack Fortran functions
that is included in R.  If anyone has done that already please
let me know.
