[R] printing out tables to a file using cat...

I tried write.table and it comes out pretty dang ugly...

> write.table(table(showdistribution(nw.109.transitions, interruptions[1])))
"c..interruption....opened.map.." "Freq"
"1" "interruption" "1"
"2" "opened-map" "2"

but that's much better than some of the other options!
