[R] tcl/tk & Windows2000?

Not of direct help but I find that Win2000 stops setup routines writing
to both the system directory and the registry. I think you will need to
log in as a user with write rights to the system directories and re-
install your TCL/TK support libraries. Don't overwrite any newer files
as many of the system .DLLs are win2000 specific.
