[R] linear regression of arbitrary large data

Dear R-Users, A couple of month ago, maybe more, there was a posting
announcing a beta-version of a package that would be able to model data sets
of arbitrary sizes. I tried, but failed to find that message in the archive.
Could some one please re-send it to me or tell wich keywords to search for?
