[R] nlme and large data sets

I have model
Y=mu+A+B+C+D+E+F+G+H+5 interactions,
that is 8 main effects and 5 interactions, all considered to be random
effects (except for th mu).

I will have about 300000 observed y-s. My question to you is if this is
possible to do with nlme and R? If not, what is the approximate upper
limit?

Thanks in advance!
