[R] help uses only netscape?

Yes, "new window" is what I mistakenly understood by "new instance. " I would
not want to start a completely new copy, but web pages these days are always
starting new windows. There  does not seem to be too much overhead for a new
window, but I guess that would not solve the original problem if  "new instance"
means a new 25Mb footprint.
