[R] A chinese R-info page and a question

I have no problem, go ahead. May be I should state that I am putting this
document in GPL 2 copyright etc. or something like that 
(in fact my friend in China also saved the 
file in Traditional Chinese. But I lost it)

Yes, but input Chinese is difficult (at least for me). I chose the 
easy way: wrote it down and mail to my friend in China, let them
input it for me. (they do not seem to have latex).

The next step may be to start translate the "Introduction to R", 
at least some sections.
