[R] .632 & .632+ Bootstrap code

Sorry for the cross-post but are there any S+ libraries/ R packages besides 
the Efron and Tibshirani bootstrap that implement the .632 and/or .632+ 
bootstrap prediction method?   I did not find any reference to it in the 
Davison and Hinkley package/library, nor in the S-Plus bootstrap functions, 
and no other search hits refer to anything except in the Efron/Tibshirani 
library.

I have nothing against using the E/T library except that I find it 
particularly slow for complicated functions.
