[R] qqnorm percentile axis and percentile grid lines?

Hi list-
 Has anyone modfied qqnorm to plot percentiles on the x axis and vertical percentile gridlines? 
 (Searching the r help archive from cran with hotbot didn;t work for me at all and 
http://www.ens.gu.edu.au/robertk/R/help/00b/subject.html (help archive from July 2000 jan 2001)
gave nothing useful)
