[R] IRIX build error of R-1.3.0 (and fix)

Hello,

For R-1.3.0 on IRIX 6.5.12 (probably earlier versions as well), you need
to add

#define HAVE_BSD_NETWORKING

to nanoftp.c and nanohttp.c

It also helps to avoid using the IRIX default libz. (missing defines of
gzseek and others).

All of this assumes gcc-2.95.3 (gcc g77)
