[R] integrate -- oops

  Never mind, I see where to hack it in the DESCRIPTION file.
Nevertheless, the "<=1.2.3" dependency is mildly annoying since it makes
it harder to use functionality that exists in the package but hasn't been
rolled into the base package as far as I can tell ...
