The actual url for the book is

ps for postscript).  The links as written in Faraway's web pages
do not work.

This looks like a _very_ useful book.  A quick scan of it, by me,
failed to find the one topic on which I really need some more
introductory instruction, though, the use of Error(), as in error
strata.
