[R] R News Volume 1/2

I am halfway through reading Volume 1/2.  I want to sincerely
thank Kurt Hornik and Friedrich Leisch and the contributing
authors for a truly outstanding newletter.  I was extremely
impressed with the first issue and remain so with the second.
Thank you everyone for taking the time to write such a
useful and informative newsletter!!  Frank Harrell
