[R] Where is the html page that lists all functions?

Ok, we're figuring it out (hadn't needed stuff like pdftex before);
thanks again for belaboring what we should have noticed.
Two other points: SetupR.exe for win did not appear to contain
refman.pdf. Finally, the functional structure of help through the
keywords is just right much of the time, but, now and then, an
alphabetical index would be very useful.
