[R] Daggy function page

May I second the call for a less-than-official list of useful
functions.  Something along the lines of the GPL, you know, "No
guarantees whatsoever, I'll be in Bermuda spending the money if it blows
up..."  There are a number of functions that I have written to solve
niggling problems.  I've even emailed them to others and not been
flamed!  While a mega-list by function name with a short description
might be messy, it also might encourage meaningful function names...
