Which home page?  MASS is part of the VR baundles, and you can download
the zip file from either the book's home page

http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/MASS3

or the R for Windows packages' master site

http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin/VR.zip

or any CRAN mirror under bin/windows/contrib
