Actually I think it is a good idea. However then it came to me that what is
considered to be a "newbie" question? For example sometimes I have a
question that I am not sure if it is a "newbie" question, an
"intermediate-level" question or even an "advanced question". Somehow I
have a feeling that if a newbie list was set up there would be cross
postings.
