[R] Census II time-serie decomposition

Does anyone knows if the Census II method of decomposition of a time-serie
(Shiskin, J. & H. Eisenpress, 1957. Seasonal adjustment by electronic
computer methods. J. Am. Stat. Assoc., 52:415-449) is already available
somewhere for R? If not, I'll do it ;-)
