Hi All,

I'm one of the co-authors and maintainers for the hdarray lib and
associated web interface, CyberT. The hdarray lib has not been packaged
as an R lib, but is included in the installation package of the GeneX
gene expression database system, along with some other analyses.

We've recently gotten quite a few requests to break it out of that
package into a separate set of analyses for large scale gene expression
experiments and I'll work on that as soon as I get back from vacation.

In the meantime, for the latest version of the hdarray lib, please
download the GeneX packag:

http://genex.ncgr.org/genex/download/genex-server/GeneX-Server-1.0.4.tar.gz
, untar it and look in the CyberT-dist directory for the library.
Installation of CyberT as a webbased analysis is unfortunately not
separable from GeneX, unless you want to do quite a bit of hand-editing,
but the library and all other source code is there.
