There is a legal way of sending large ammounts of e-mails. 
If you want to show that you are in full compliance with the law and are completely legal, you shall  observe the following issues:

1.	The term "Advertisement" shall appear as the first word of the subject line.
2.	Paste this statement below into the beginning or end of your e-mail.

By pasting the above announcement into all of the unsolicited e-mails you send, people will realize that you are obviously not breaking any laws. And that's a very important point that should be made.
3.	Finally, you shall honor the REMOVE requests not later than 48 hours after receipt of the request, by cease initiating transmissions to the requester and removing him or her from the correspondent mailing list.
