[R] Printing graphics

More precisely, it is highly recommendable to set up your printer as a
virtual PostScript printer which is quite easy to do with most Linux
distributions (read: I did it for mine three years ago and don't quite
remember the details...). Printers not supported by ghostscript are
extremely rare.
