[R] layout question

I ran into this before. You need to define smaller boxes:
4 1 1 5
2 2 3 3
(sorry not to put in the lines to make everythin look nice).
To be more explicit, you're using
layout(rbind(c(4,1,1,5), c(2,2,3,3))),
but then making only 3 plots.
