Exactly where I told you to, in src/Makevars.  As configuration does not
work, you'll have to figure out what to put there, but src/Makevars.in
should give you a hint.  Or ask the package authors, as they have
failed to supply the information requested in the package-writers manual.
Do remember this is a Devel package, not warranted to work anywhere.
