Lots of mirrors are available, though, and they say Netscape and IE
got support in late 1997 except for transparency, which our driver does not
produce.  E.g.

Um.  It's an awful lot of effort to do that on Windows, and the only stable
X servers I know there cost real money.  Just to confirm, ImageMagick on
Windows requires an X server, and in my experience a good one at that.

GIMP will also work on most platforms, natively on Win32.
