[R] Rstreams package update

Brian Ripley has uploaded a revised version of our Rstreams package to
CRAN <http://www.cran.r-project.org>.  Rstreams provides routines to
read external binary files.

Additions:

 data.restore:  like the S-PLUS function of the same name, reads
	 S-PLUS data.dump files
 getstreameol:  detects the end of line marker in a text file
 readlines:  reads lines from a text file

Improvements:

 readSfile:  can now read a larger range of S-PLUS binary files
 Numerous small changes to the help files
 A few bug fixes

The data.restore and readSfile functions can handle many S-PLUS
objects, but by no means all.  I'm still interested in improving them.
