[R] Installing R on RedHat7.0

I'm running R 1.1.1 under RedHat 7 with no problems. I used the rpm for 6.2 but
I installed the readline2.2.1 rpm for libreadline.so.3. (It may be on the
second CD.)  Here's the info on readline2.2.1:
