[R] 'dtrsl'?

Two possibilities:

   * Have you pre-defined "f" before using nlm() ?  Try something like this:

            > f <- function(x) sum((x-1:length(x))^2)
            > nlm(f, c(-1, 0, 0), hessian = TRUE, print = 0)
            these two lines should generate (I only quote the first two lines of my
outputs):
            $minimum
            [1] 1.620172e-27
            .
            .
            .

   * If still now working, try to get R 1.0.1.
