[R] Crashes of rw1000 -- test solution

We have had various reports of crashes of the Rgui console on R-1.0.0
(and earlier) that we have had trouble replicating. We now know of two
causes, and have a compiled up a replacement DLL with workarounds for
both. To try this

-- get http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/R/testdll.zip
-- go to ...\rw1000\bin
-- move/rename the existing R.dll to R.dll.orig
-- unzip testdll, which contains a replacement R.dll

The bugs we know this fixes at least partially are

1) Corruption of the console history if it contains many short lines
(and then crashes of the console).

2) Crashes during or after printing when using certain HP printer drivers,
on Windows 95/98, specifically the HP PostScript printer driver for
HP 5 and 6MP machines but quite possibly others. (There are no known
problems with the HP drivers for NT4.)

We would be particularly interested to hear of any print-related crashes
that do not involve HP printer drivers, or of circumstances in which this
fix does not work for HP printer drivers. We will need as much information
as possible to try to reproduce the problem, including full details of the
printer drivers in use.

This is just provided for testing purposes: please do not use it unless you
have encountered the bugs mentioned here.
