[R] x11 support missing

Most likely the X11 header files are either missing or are somewhere
strange. They should be somewhere like /usr/include/X11 or

If they aren't installed you need to install them. If they are somewhere
strange you can use the --x-includes=DIR and/or --x-libraries=DIR options
to tell configure where to look.
