[R] tree error message

Well, tree is in package tree and I see no evidence that you have used
library(tree)
This is what will happy if you have a local copy of the tree function,
so don't confuse yourself by doing so.
Note that R 0.90.1 (note the number) is no longer supported on Windows: use
at least rw1001 and update your libraries to match.
