[R] rgamma problem (was Re: R-1.1.0 is released)

There was a problem with rgamma giving answers for neg values of
paramters. Has this been fixed? Didn't see it on your list, but it might
have been fixed earlier. I haven't been keeping up with the latest
releases (still using 1.0.0).
