First, you probably need to install XGobi and get it working. Then you
need to customize the batch files. Try reading the file INSTALL in the
xgobi package directory (and the XGobi for Windows distribution has one
too). INSTALL starts:
Xgobi for Windows can be obtained from
http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/SWin
Install and test this first. This package was prepared for the
1999 December 1 version of Xgobi, and so may not work with a later version.
You will need to customize the batch files in the scripts directory
for your installation. The example files there work for mine.
You may need to set the path to a minimal path to work within
environment lengths on Win9x.
[It does work with 199 Dec 16 version too.]
