[R] Error in dist command

This data set contains missing values as can be seen in:

 Mean   :6.993   Mean   :15.8

(NA's in Ozone and Solar.R) which dist cannot handle.

Try something like

dist(airquality[complete.cases(airquality),])

to use only observations without missing values.
