When I try to run 'gnls' from the nlme library, I get the error:
fb.result <- gnls(0 ~ err2(sigma0, F, z, rho),
start=list(sigma0=46,F=7000))
Error in .C("fit_gnls", thetaNLS = as.double(spar),
as.integer(unlist(Dims)), :
C/Fortran function name not in load table
I'd be very grateful for any advice as to how I should proceed. Thanks!
PS: I'm using R-base-0.99.0-4 (redhat-6.1 linux) with nlme_3.1-3.tar.gz.
