[R] Update: Dynamic Memory Allocation Errors in 1.2.0?

Good news! I received some feedback from others that they did see the
problem I described using abcnon() in 1.2.0 on Windows machines but not on
Linux machines. I looked into it some more and discovered that it's most
likely some problem with numerical precision or round off in the
pre-compiled Windows 1.2.0 version. I was able to run the abcnon function
in 1.2.0 successfully in Windows by changing the default finite difference
step size (epsilon) from 0.001 to 0.05.

Thanks for the help,
Jeff Lischer
