[R] error when loading nlme

Dear all,
I try to load the nlme library for Linear and nonlinear mixed effects
models by Jose Pinheiro, Douglas Bates and Saikat DebRoy but I get the
following error message:

> library(nls)
> library(nlme)
Error in dyn.load(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now)) : 
        unable to load shared library
"C:\Program\R\rw1010/library/nlme/libs/nlme.dll":
  LoadLibrary failure:  Det går inte att hitta angiven procedur.
Error in library(nlme) : .First.lib failed
> 

A window saying "Cannot find the procedure start address LENGTH in the DLL
file R.dll" also pops up.

Can someone please tell an R-beginner how to solve this.

Has it got to do with the fact that I use R 1.1.0 for Win NT? R 1.2 for
Windows NT is not availabe yet, is it?
