[R] a MANOVA type function

Well, manova does almost nothing beyond aov, which does exist in R
and does handle multiple responses.  manova just adds a class to the
result.

So the real work is in summary.manova, and we do not have that.
That adds various multivariate test statistics: not difficult to
write if you know the formulae and have a need for it.
