[R] Exporting graphics to PS or EPS

There's a problem with the clipping code. It's not like it is breaking
inclusion of graphics in LaTeX documents wholesale, or many of us
would have detected the problem a long time ago.
Basically, it will not work to include a clipped portion of an R graph
- you just get the entire graph printed anyway because R will reset
the clipping itself. It will also undo any clipping in effect for
other reasons on that page, which is in principle worse, but haven't
bitten anyone yet.
The current code in the development version should be somewhat better,
although I'm still not quite happy with the code.
