I suppose you are speaking about the Windows binaries.
I cannot give 100% guarantee, of course. But, I prepare them
on a machine not connected to the net and protected.
In addition, we don't have any incident reported.
Anyway, as CRAN/R/bin/windows/windows-NT/ReadMe says:
"CRAN does not have Windows systems and cannot check these
binaries for viruses. Use the normal precautions with downloaded
executables."
