[R] `S Programming' book is now available

We are pleased to advise our friends on S-news and R-help that a second
V&R book, `S Programming' was published by Springer recently and is (we
believe) now available.  Our sincere thanks to all of you who, directly
or indirectly, have helped us in this second project.  (Some of you may
even recognise answers to your questions.)  We hope all of you who use
it will find it clear and informative.
