[R] R Packages in Windows

Works here perfectly (WinNT40, R-1.0.0).
What version of Windows are you running (Win9x / NT ?)

Did you install the latest version of the survival5 package ?
Did you compile it yourself or are you using survival5.zip from CRAN?
