[R] unresolved symbols in dynamically linked code

I have investigated a little further:  I am able to link to the routines i need
that come from double precision blas listed in Linpack.h, but not any of the
four routines from Linpack (also all listed in Linpack.h): dgefa, dgesl, dgbfa,
dgbsl.
