If you using Unix/linux you neet R-0.65.1.tgz (read the "Readme" & FAQ),
if you use m$ you should get the stuff listened under the "binary dist."
under "/R/bin/windows/windows-NT/base". The Cran master
http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/R/
is a good starting point for reading. If you want to run special
stastical analyses you probably need additional libraries.
