[R] Re: size of text and numbers in graphs (PR#349)

Hi!

I'm sorry for being too quick with a bug report.
Nevertheless -- wasn't this different in previous releases??
(At least, when I check some old R-graphics in my papers, I see no 
such difference in size between capital letters and numbers.)
