[R] Problem with .Fortran dll in windows

I am sorry, but I can do nothing at all with this information, except to
say that the R.dll _is_ R on Windows.  So this seems to indicate a crash in
R which may not to be to do with the .Fortran call.

Can you please send me an example I can run that reproduces the problem,
together with the version of R (and of any packages such as cluster) that
you are using?  Using bug.report() should ensure that all the useful
ancilliary information is recorded. (It is easiest if you send it to me
rather than R.bugs at this stage.)
